Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts not due to our error, etc.).
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items or gift cards, are non-refundable.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
