30-days no questions asked

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or significant quality issues. If you find a defect or experience a quality issue within one year of receiving your item. Warranty Coverage Includes: Manufacturing defects and Significant quality issues not caused by normal wear and tear.

How to initiate a return

1. Submit a Return

RequestTo initiate a return, please contact us at support@softandstylish.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, etc.).
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., photos if the item is damaged).

2. Wait for Return Approval

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you if your return is approved or rejected. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to package the item for return and the return address.

3. Prepare the Item for Return

After receiving return approval, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable). Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Arrange and Pay for Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. You can choose any shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to send the package to the provided return address. Please retain the tracking number for your records.

5. Receive, Inspect and refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (original condition, tags, and packaging intact). Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method and send a confirmation email.

Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item and provide tracking information once it’s dispatched.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Details:

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts not due to our error, etc.).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items or gift cards, are non-refundable.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
